Description
Castrol OPTITEMP™ SG 2 (previously named Rheomic™ SG 2) is a high-temperature lubricating grease for long-term
and lifetime lubrication of all types of sliding points. OPTITEMP SG 2 as special lubricant is also suited for lubricating
points exposed to extreme thermal and mechanical loads, e.g. for shift linkages in passenger cars.
Application
Bearings and sliding points in the change gear system of vehicles.
For highly loaded sliding points of all types of machines.
Long-term and lifetime lubrication even under extreme mechanical conditions.
For rolling and sliding bearings.
Temperature application range: – 35°C/- 31°F to + 160°C/+ 320°F
