Description
Castrol Alphasyn T 10 synthetic lubricant is based on polyalpha-olefin (PAO) fluids and sulphur/phosphorus
antiwear additive technology providing outstanding thermal stability and good load carrying capacity.
Application
Alphasyn T 10 has been formulated for use in spindle and central lubrication systems with high thermal loads. It
has a very low pour point and excellent viscosity/temperature characteristics.
The outstanding oxidation and thermal stability of Alphasyn T 10 allows oil change intervals to be extended in
circumstances where extreme temperatures result would result in a short service if conventional mineral oil based
lubricants were used. This allows cost savings to be made by reducing the level of maintenance required.
Alphasyn T 10 is fully compatible with nitrile, silicone and fluropolymer seal materials.
